There was no internet anywhere, so I had to post by phone and it didn´t work very well (obviously).

No había nada de internet, así que tuve que subir por móvil y no funcionó muy bien (obviamente).

This part of the trek is over.  This route really doesn´t exist anymore.  I found myself completely lost somewhere between Cataluña and Aragón.  There are no signs, no arrows, and the locals don´t know much.  Many of them said that no one does the Camino from here anymore.  I depended on notes from a Web site, but they were very bad and I spent a lot of time zig-zagging and having to turn around.  It got quite dangerous at times, with nowhere to get water, food, or dodging huge trucks on highways.  I was also completely alone - I didn´t encounter ANYONE else on the trail.  I wanted to avoid the crowds on the Ruta Francesa, but I didn´t expect to be lost in the woods by myself.  So, next spring, as planned, I´ll do another part of the trek, but from the traditional beginning in Roncesvalles.  I´m disappointed, but live and learn.


Esta parte de la excursión se acabó.  Esta ruta ya no existe.  Me econtré completamente perdida entre Cataluña y Aragón.  No hay carteles, ni flechas y la gente local no sabe mucho.  Muchos de ellos me dijeron que nadie ha hecho esta ruta desde hace mucho tiempo.  Dependía de notas de una página de Web, pero eran malas y gastaba mucho tiempo haciendo el zig-zag y dando vueltas.  Me resultaba bastante peligroso porque no había lugares de agua ni comida y tenía que evitar grandes camiones en la carretera.  También estaba completamente sola - no encontraba a NADIE en el Camino.  Quería evitar la muchadumbre en la Ruta Francesa, pero no esperaba estar perdida en el bosque.  Así que, en primavera, como había planeado, haré otra parte de la excursión, pero desde el comienzo tradicional en Roncesvalles.  Estoy desilusionada, pero quién vive, aprende.
